On 9 October 2023, Chinese Ambassador to Liberia Yin Chengwu published a signed article titled "Jointly Building a Global Community of Shared Future and Writing a New Chapter of China-Liberia Friendship Together" in the mainstream media of Liberia, including The Daily Observer Newspaper, The News Newspaper, The Analyst Newspaper，The Inquirer Newspaper and others.

In the article, Ambassador Yin stated that as the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China (PRC) to the Republic of Liberia, he is ready to act as an envoy of sincere friendship, a bridge of effective communication, and a bond of practical cooperation between the two countries.

In the article, Ambassador Yin introduced that since the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), China has been promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese path to modernization. China's economic development continues to improve, injecting confidence and strength into the turbulent world. The white paper entitled "A Global Community of Shared Future: China’s Proposals and Actions" which was recently released by the Chinese government, introduces the concept of building a global community of shared future in detail and elaborates in depth on the significant contributions and far-reaching impact of China’s proposals and concepts put forward by President Xi Jinping have had on mankind and the world.

In the article, Ambassador Yin pointed out that under the framework of the "the Belt and Road" initiative, the "Nine Programs" of the Forum on China Africa Cooperation, the Global Development Initiative, the Global Security Initiative and the Global Civilization Initiative, China-Africa cooperation has yielded fruitful results. Against the backdrop of the building of a community of shared future between China and Africa, the prospects for friendly cooperation between China and Liberia are broad and promising.

Ambassador Yin concluded his article by saying that he will do his utmost best to work together with all sectors of Liberia to write a new chapter in China-Liberia friendly relations and cooperation in various fields, and better benefit the people of both countries.
