On December 20,  Chinese Ambassador to Liberia H.E. Ren Yisheng met with Mr. Ali Sylla, Liberia's Chargé d'Affaires in Qatar and CEO of the “Diplomatic Development Initiative”(DDI) . 

Ambassador Ren fully affirmed the positive results achieved by the DDI in fostering young diplomatic talents and promoting the construction of human resources, and expressed the readiness to further promote the pragmatic cooperation in the area of people-to-people exchanges. 

Chargé d'Affaires Sylla expressed his gratitude to Ambassador Ren for giving a lecture at the series of lectures organized by the DDI in October this year. He conveyed the warm response and eager expectation of the participants in the lectures, and invited Ambassador Ren to give another speech at the institution to introduce the concept and practice of China's public diplomacy in the near future on “Public Diplomacy and State Branding”. 

The two sides also exchanged views on supporting the development of the DDI.
